Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Administer benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations, changes, and employee questions/issues
- Ensure quality service and timely resolution of issues, fostering positive relations with HR teams
- Liaise with vendors regarding claims, eligibility, and ongoing service issues
- Audit enrollment data in benefit partner systems to ensure accuracy
- Assist with Open Enrollment and contribute to other HR initiatives
