About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing benefit enrollments, terminations, changes, and employee questions/issues. You will also ensure quality service and timely resolution of issues, fostering positive relations with HR teams.
You will work closely with vendors to resolve claims, eligibility, and ongoing service issues, while maintaining accurate enrollment data in benefit partner systems. Additionally, you will assist with Open Enrollment, contribute to other HR initiatives, and collaborate with the finance department for vendor payments and retirement plan contributions.
