We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
In this position, you will be taking inbound calls and setting up service/maintenance appointments, as well as making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed and offering additional products and services. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality, along with strong multi-tasking abilities. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.
Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required
Pay: $16 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 1-2 years inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Must be able to multi-task
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
