We are seeking experienced lifeguards for the 2025 summer season at our condominium community in Acton, MA. If you are reliable and personable, love being outdoors, and are motivated to safeguard others, then we want to talk with you!
We are looking for skilled lifeguards to work for a highly regarded residential, family-orientated community. It is a beautiful, wooded location that offers a large swimming pool along with a shallow kiddie pool. The pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are several shift options for this role . Salary is based on experience. We offer either day or evening shifts, w hich include holidays and weekends .
ALL Lifeguards must be Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid certified and be at least 18 years old. Additional pay incentives for those who work through Labor Day. Uniforms and whistles are provided. Not Certified? No problem! We will cover up to $300 for the cost of lifeguard and first aid certification programs for qualified candidates who work for us in the summer of 2025.

Pay Rate = $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications

10 a.m. - 8 p.m., or 10 a.m. -3 : 00 p.m. / 3 p.m.- 8 : 00 p.m. depending on schedule.
