RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll
Manage the payroll process efficiently and accurately
Process semi‐monthly payroll for all employees and set up new hires in Paylocity and perform semi‐monthly audits
Manage funding HSA, Transit Benefits, 401k
Manage change requests in HRIS system‐ Paylocity
Respond to employment verification for existing and former employees
Keep up‐to‐date of payroll tax regulation
Serves as point of contact for employees with payroll questions
Recruiting
Track incoming candidates in the tracker spreadsheet
Schedule interviews, put in iVisitor
Greet candidates as they arrive, make them feel welcome
Onboarding
Schedule new hire’s first day, including onboarding sessions with multiple teams.
Schedule new hire lunch – with rotating group
Scan in new hire forms and save to X drive
Maintain all electronic payroll files in company share drive
Compliance
Enhance compliance program by identifying/closing any potential gaps and automating workflows/processes.
Assist with compliance training programs and other compliance initiatives as needed.
Ad‐Hoc
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of three years’ experience working with Windows based payroll processing (Paylocity preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Interest in the various HR/Compliance‐related laws and regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
