The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.
Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have: - Bachelor’s degree required, Finance or Business Administration majors preferred. - Minimum 1-2 years high touch client service and/or teaching experience required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. - Candidate must exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, who excels in a team environment as well as independently. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills required. - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time in your local market to visit bank offices / clients. - Banking and/or Digital experience preferred. The Digital Specialist provides sales support for the Digital Channels products the Bank offers. Those in the position are tasked with mastering all digital banking platforms, including but not limited to: Personal Online Banking, Corporate Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Brokerage Online Banking. The primary responsibilities of the Digital Specialist are partnering with sales teams to acquire new clients, onboarding and training new and existing clients to First Republic’s digital platforms, increasing digital adoption, and expanding digital engagement. Digital Specialists will partner closely with local Relationship Management and Preferred Banking teams, filling the role of subject matter expert on the bank’s technology products. The Digital Specialist learns the prospective client’s needs, tailoring digital solutions based on what will serve the client best. When new clients decide to bank with First Republic, the Digital Specialist will work closely with that individual or business to help facilitate a seamless transition, providing training and a direct line of support. Digital Specialists will also work with existing clients, identifying banking needs and sharing solutions with them that will ensure a richer banking experience. Through proactive engagement, the Digital Specialist works to ensure the company delivers the same extraordinary service through the digital channels as our clients expect face-to-face. As their region’s main partner for digital banking solutions, the Digital Specialist will work closely with all First Republic Bank lines of business, gaining a deeper understanding of the financial industry. A successful candidate will build and maintain relationships across all departments, both with front line sales staff, as well as our back-office support teams.
