Overview
At First Resonance, we're seeking a strategic and technically-savvy RevOps Manager to join our team of Resonators and optimize our revenue operations through seamless systems integration, data-driven insights, and process automation. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, adept at navigating the demands of multiple stakeholders across teams while maintaining a north star focus on data accuracy and integrity. The candidate will also demonstrate an AI-curious mindset with relation to the GTM and the broader Finance ecosystem tech stack and processes, leading solutions with an ‘AI-first’ approach to shaping our revenue operations strategy.

As a key member of the finance team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and providing valuable insights to support the company's financial health and growth objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties
Drive revenue growth by collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to develop and implement a data-driven framework that identifies opportunities and addresses challenges across all stages of the marketing and sales funnel
Deploy visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights across the revenue lifecycle, including maximum visibility into the Go-to-Market pipeline, performance and spend
Refine ICP and persona targeting for better market alignment
Develop lead flow tracking and reporting, monitor the efficacy of campaigns and demand gen activities
Lead forecasting and reporting on the sales pipeline - track progress, pinpoint trends and fine-tune conversion rates
Streamline end-to-end GTM and revenue processes, leveraging AI tools for process optimization
Maximize the performance of our GTM tech stack to help scale our entire funnel lifecycle
Design and manage integrations between various systems, including CRM, ERP, marketing automation, billing, and financial analytics platforms.
Ensure data consistency and flow across all revenue and finance-related systems. Identify opportunities for AI tools to support data consistency and integrity.
Analyze current Go-to-Market processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process / workflow improvements
Work with GTM Executives to develop training programs on new systems functionalities and processes
Ability to manage multiple projects related to system upgrades, new implementations, or process automations ensuring deadlines and business objectives are met
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles in a B2B environment
Strong technical background with proficiency in GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Hubspot, and Marketing Automation. Experience with ERP tools (Netsuite) and / or data operations is a plus
Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue growth. Demand Generation and Campaign management experience are a plus
Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and database technologies a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to revenue operations
Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to manage cross-functional requirements and sometimes conflicting requirements across different stakeholder groups
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue models, and go-to-market strategies
Experience in working with / modeling GTM compensation plans a plus
Desired Qualifications :
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and / or other CPA technologies (EX - Big Machines, Conga, etc.)
Experience with Maxio and / or Netsuite

Compensation Range : $110K - $150K
