Part-time Direct Support Professional for our site homes.

Full-time Opportunity : 16-24 hours a week.
Job Summary :
Responsible for following the Person Center Service Plan (PCSP), documenting program
results and communicating with their immediate supervisor about any progress, concerns,
etc. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and fill in hours as needed. This position entails
a high degree of accountability and consequence of error. Ability to stay in close and timely
communication with others is crucial.
Essential Job Functions :
- Assisting clients with daily needs, such as : Grocery shopping, Running errands, participating in community activities, Personal hygiene and cares.
- Working with multiple individuals a day assisting with goals like : cooking, cleaning, community integration, and coping skills.
- Take clients to appointments as necessary.
Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent. Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position! No previous experience required! Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance.
