As a Job Coach you will :
- Maintains up-to-date, working knowledge of the individuals employment goals and related service documents. Implements all services as outlined in the plan.
- Completes required trainings according to established agency timelines. Attends staff meetings as scheduled.
- Makes recommendations to improve services based on knowledge acquired through implementation of program plan and experience with the individuals served.
- Establish positive relationships with individuals served, family members, and referral sources.
- Demonstrates appropriate communication and maintain clear and professional boundaries.
- Advocates and offer choices that supports the individuals rights and responsibilities.
- Responsible for reporting any health and safety concerns.
- Keeps supervisor informed of important incidents, and issues concerning individuals served.
- Strictly adheres to confidentiality guidelines.
- Responsible to work the schedule agreed upon with supervisor.
Requirements :
Position will be primarily based out of the Fairfield office, with some work being required in Ottumwa. Hours are flexible and built around clients schedule.
