First Resources Corp. is growing, and we are hiring for a Mental Health Coordinator to oversee programming in Burlington and Keosauqua.
This is a leadership position that will oversee mental health services including but not limited to Intensive Residential Services and Home-and Community Based Services. This position will work closely with the Mental Health Director on development, coordination, and oversight of all programs assigned.
Essential job functions include but not limited to :
- Provide compassionate leadership.
- Supervise employees, including frequent check-ins, coachings, and completing annual employee reviews.
- Ensure all codes of the State, contractual provisions with funding bodies, and the company's policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure all aspects of HCBS services are provided in accordance with the client's plans.
- Onboard new employees and provide on-going training and support to all employees.
- Be a point of contact for stakeholders, families, clients, and other entities regarding service options and client care.
Qualifications :
