Job Summary:
As a Commercial Refrigeration Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial kitchen refrigeration needs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair a variety of commercial kitchen refrigeration.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on appliances to prevent future breakdowns and improve efficiency for clients.
- Service Calls: Respond to service requests promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for restaurants and other commercial clients.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with clients professionally, explaining issues, repair needs, and costs in a clear, transparent manner.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and parts inventory; document completed repairs and provide reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the startup’s founders and team to improve service processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, appliance models, and repair techniques through training and self-learning.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial refrigeration repair, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with the technical knowledge to diagnose and fix a wide range of appliances.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.

- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for service calls.
