We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Production Manager to join our team in Emporia Virginia.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficiency in our fabrication and repair process. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance production work with administrative responsibilities, including inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project completion.
- Lead and supervise a team, handling scheduling, payroll, time-off approvals, and performance management.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring materials are stocked and available as needed.
- Enforce and promote workplace safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Work alongside team members as a hands-on manager while maintaining workflow organization.
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and administrative duties using Microsoft Office.
- Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant welding industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
