Our company is seeking an eager and responsible Assistant Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to assist with the daily operations of accounting. An essential part of this position includes assisting with the posting of banking transactions and balancing bank accounts, as well as entering financial information into two financial software programs. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, flexible to assit with general office duties to include filing and organizing records, a commitment to working independently and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks(strongly desired)
- Intermediate-Advanced Knowlege of MS-Excel - Required
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Flexible to manage a variety of General Office Duties
- Computer Literacy - Required
- Attendace is part of performance evaluations
- Strong Communiation Skills a Must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
