The Reporting Analyst provides support for various regulatory reporting requirements and assists with monthly General Ledger account reconciliations. The Reporting Analyst also offers general assistance to other areas of the Accounting department as necessary.
- Provide support for quarterly Public Funds reporting
- Responsible for preparation of support documents for annual 1099 filings for Directors and any stock related transactions.
- Provide assistance with annual Proxy preparation.
- Assist with preparation and/or review of various General Ledger accounts
- Provide assistance with preparation of Call Report schedules
- Assist with various payroll related commissions and incentives, including accrual preparation.
- Responsible for being compliant with all regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to job function.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements
- Provide assistance with Quarterly Dividend process.
- Provide support for quarterly FHLB Blanket Collateral reporting.
- Responsible for assistance with all Census related reporting.
- Develop and maintain a positive, productive and professional relationship with team members to provide well-coordinated and consistent high-performance results.
- Carries out such other duties as may be assigned or requested.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience in a related role plus have a solid understanding of bank financial statements; call reporting experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, especially spreadsheet analysis.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
