Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay Range: $110,000 - $145,000 Per Year
Now hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to enhance operational effectiveness, drive innovation, and improve process consistency. Reporting to the Manufacturing Site Director, this role will focus on reducing processing variation, supporting research and development projects, and increasing cost competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously refine strategies for process improvement across the facility.
- Analyze root causes of variation to enhance consistency, reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency.
- Identify and implement world-class technologies and best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors.
- Monitor long-term capabilities and volume forecasts to support business growth.
- Review capital processes and identify strategic opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and coordinate Total Manufacturing Management activities.
- Ensure operational capabilities align with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, technical services, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proven ability to align operational capabilities with business goals.
