Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety professional to lead our EHS efforts as a Safety and Environmental Program Manager at First Search Inc.
This key role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive EHS programs that ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS strategies that align with company objectives.
- Provide guidance on developing and documenting required HS&E training for site personnel.
- Work closely with safety professionals and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage programs improving safety and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Coordinate the development of annual safety plans, working with plant and corporate personnel to establish defined goals and time frames.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive safety and environmental excellence.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure understanding and buy-in.
