Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Per Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve sustainability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other operational staff, promoting continuous improvement in employee skills.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines, implementing and monitoring safety measures to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring that chemicals and materials are available for production.
- Quality Control: Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that the final products meet regulatory and customer standards.
