What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Engineer - Material Processing Systems position at First Search Inc.?
Location : Candidate must reside in Fort Mill, SC or in WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS or TN
The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the execution of successful project in the dry bulk material processing industry. Reporting to the President.
Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site process audits.
- Operate a Leica 360 scanner and manage the point cloud files.
- Consult with the Customer, Regional Sales Engineers, Process Engineers, Vendors, and Service Technicians to develop process solutions.
- Oversee and assist drafters who may be helping you with the drawings / model for your projects.
- Leading Teams Meetings with the project team, including the Customer and Vendors.
- Manage project schedule and communicate all milestones with project team.
- Commission the processing system with Vendor technicians, including I / O check with Automation provider.
- Maintain relationships with our suppliers’ design engineers.
- Develop detailed deliverable packages to our clients.
