Job Description
We are looking for a Project Engineer (PE) to join our team. This role requires a licensed civil engineer with a strong background in project planning, design, and management. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage land development projects from start to finish.
- Develop project scope, parameters, and design strategies to meet client needs.
- Assign responsibilities and coordinate work with production teams.
- Optimize project efficiency and profitability while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
