What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Administrative Assistant position at First Search Inc.?
Seeking at least 3 years Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide onsite high-level administrative support to executives by conducting research to prepare reports, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, arranging multiple conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Must be able to field calls and maintain busy calendars.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain calendars and travel arrangements
- Establish communications between customers and executives
- Conduct research and compile data to support executives in decision-making processes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - highly preferred
- Experience in administrative role supporting senior level executives is a must!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Must have strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
