Job Title: Senior Maintenance Reliability Manager
Location: Visalia, CA
Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000 Per Year
A high-volume manufacturing facility is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Reliability Manager to develop and implement maintenance programs aimed at improving overall equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing plant utilities. This role provides leadership to the reliability function and ensures the effective and efficient use of manpower, materials, and resources to enhance operational capacity and asset longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance leadership, planners, engineers, operators, and mechanics.
- Foster a collaborative communication network between mechanics, operators, team leaders, and managers.
- Establish a proactive maintenance culture that engages mechanics in planning, coordinating, and executing work.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget to optimize spending while achieving reliability goals.
- Analyze operational data and equipment performance to drive improvements in key maintenance metrics.
- Lead and develop the reliability workforce, including succession planning, skills assessments, and training initiatives.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field or equivalent in work experience.
- 7 years of reliability and/or maintenance experience.
- 3 years in a leadership role
- This role requires flexibility for off-shift hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience managing ammonia refrigeration systems, process hazard analysis, and process safety management.
- Expertise in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing processes.
- Project management experience in manufacturing, utilities, and facilities construction.
- Knowledge of FDA, OSHA regulations, GMPs, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
