Our firm is looking for a highly experienced and licensed Civil Engineer to join our Public Works Department in Phoenix, AZ as a Senior Project Manager . This position requires a technical expert with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in public works engineering , strong project leadership skills , and a track record in client relationship management and business development .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead planning, design, and execution of complex public works projects , ensuring quality, budget adherence, and on-time completion .
- Manage engineering teams and coordinate with clients, municipalities, and support staff to maintain smooth project execution.
- Oversee site grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design , ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations .
- Conduct technical analysis , utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS , and integrate best engineering practices into project workflows.
- Act as the primary client liaison , ensuring their expectations and project requirements are met.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment .
