Compliance Analyst – Safeguard Our Bank, Protect Our Community

What You Will Do
- Monitor, review, and analyze transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Research and assess compliance-related issues, providing expert guidance to internal teams
- Develop monitoring reports and respond to compliance risks proactively
- Review audit findings, track remediation steps, and ensure resolution
- Evaluate advertising and marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring full version control
- Assist with regulatory exams, third-party audits, and data compilation
- Collaborate with legal, risk management, and operations teams to address compliance concerns
What You Bring
- Experience: 5 years in banking, retail banking, audit, or compliance, with at least 2 years in a direct compliance role
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with AML, BSA, OFAC, and other key banking regulations
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Jack Henry Silverlake is a plus
