The Lender Support Role assists our agricultural, commercial, consumer, and real estate lenders with the highest level of customer service and care. Responsibilities
- Pull credit reports
- Prepare initial loan documentation
- Maintain contact with customers, appraisers, and insurance agencies regarding outstanding documentation or requesting additional information.
- Update and monitor the Tickler system.
- Assist with collections of loans by making initial contact with a borrower on a payment that is past due.
- Assist Lenders to ensure compliance exceptions are entered recorded promptly on internal reporting logs.
- Assemble various types of loan files, along with reviewing files upon closing to ensure all required documents are collected.
- Scan and index customer and loan documents.
- Review with lender the request for construction draws and process draws to the title companies.
- Prepare a weekly Loan Committee packet
- Schedule appointments for lenders, updating calendars as needed.
- Strong understanding of the Bank’s Lending Policy.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe.
- Two years of general banking experience preferred.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
