Essential Functions:
- Cash checks and disburse funds after verifying signatures and sufficiency of funds to support withdrawals.
- Accept deposits, confirm accuracy of transaction.
- Prepare, verify, and issue cashier's’ checks, bank money orders, and cash advances.
- Enter transactions in bank’s teller plus system, recording all transactions and producing customer receipts.
- Evaluate checks to verify endorsements, dates, identification of persons receiving payments, bank names, and overall legality of the documents.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote new banking services.
- Calculate daily transactions using appropriate technology.
- Balance all monies in cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiable and confidential records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements (Education, Experience):
- Recent Bank teller experience is required, 2 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service is a plus
- Flexible work hours
Physical Requirements:
This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:
- Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Going up and down stairs often.
- Arrive to work on time.
