Community Bank Lender
First Security Bank is hiring for a Community Bank Lender who has experience in consumer lending, commercial lending, credit analysis, and business development. Must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented. Job Duties:
· Follow up on leads and solicit new customers
· Identifying customer deposit product or loan product opportunities, in order to foster an ongoing relationship
· Meet or exceed any relationship growth set by Bank
· Underwrite, structure, and close on commercial loans
· Guide customers through the loan process including processing paperwork, explaining terms, and verifying information
· Responsible for maintaining and servicing on consumer/commercial loan portfolios
· Participating in local events and representing the Bank throughout our communities
· Perform risk management, and credit analysis research to develop risk profiles
· Interacting with customers and giving excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing any complaints
· Additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or, equivalent experience of 3-5 years in Commercial Lending/Lending/Banking
Starting Pay is based off experience.
