The candidate should either reside within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch or be willing to relocate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love to help ensure the smooth and accurate handling of deposit operations, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily deposit transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
- Reconcile deposit accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with the implementation of new deposit products and services.
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to deposit operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED
- Computer literacy with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of web-based technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Service-oriented skill set
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous Banking Experience
- College degree in related fields
- Working knowledge with ACH and CACHA rules and are familiar with federal banking regulations.
