What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Clerk - TEMP Position position at FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION?
Role: Deliver superior service while imaging documents
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for scanning. Ensure scanned documents are legible. Store scanned documents properly.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Performance Measurements:
1. Experience in working with office machines such as scanner and basic computer skills.
2. Attention to detail
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience - One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education - A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills - Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills - Proficient typing skills.
' Effective oral and written communication skills to converse in person or by phone and correspond in writing.
' Ability to learn and use the credit union PC hardware and software.
' Must have a proactive and positive attitude toward members, supervisors, co-workers and the credit union.
' Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
