Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP GTM (Global Trade Management) Consultant with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing all four core SAP GTM submodules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trading businesses and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP GTM solutions. This role involves working closely with a diverse team to support the new implementation of SAP GTM for approximately 20 trading companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the blueprinting phase of the SAP GTM implementation project, working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure and implement the four main SAP GTM functionalities:
- Trading Contract (T/C)
- Trading Execution Workbench (TEW)
- Trading Expenses
- Position Management
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP GTM with other modules such as SD, MM, FI, and CO.
- Collaborate with the client’s trading teams to understand their processes and tailor the solution to meet their business needs.
- Manage the setup and configuration for approximately 20 trading companies, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expert-level advice on SAP GTM best practices and industry-specific configurations.
- Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Support data migration and system testing during implementation.
- Deliver end-user training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Provide post-implementation support to address system and user issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP GTM configuration and implementation across all four submodules (T/C, TEW, Trading Expenses, Position Management).
- Strong understanding of trading businesses, including contract management, execution, expenses tracking, and position management.
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP GTM implementations, preferably for trading companies.
- Ability to lead workshops, define requirements, and create comprehensive blueprints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.
- SAP GTM certification or related certifications.
- Knowledge of EDI and third-party integrations.
