Location : Texas (Hybrid)
Skills : Service now, Customer portal development, UI builder, UI flow, Work flow
- 6-8 Years of experience as a Sr ServiceNow Tech Lead is mandatory
- Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal
- Working experience on Service Now Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems / applications via APIs is a must skill
- Hands on experience with UI Builder and Creation of Custom Components in the UI Builder for Workspace will be a added advantage
- Working experience in Tele communication modules(TSOM,TSM) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Anjular js, React js, HTML ,CSS, Java script
- System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP
- Working experience on CSM Module
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions
