Position Summary
Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a consistent schedule? We're looking for candidates with availability to work Mondays, Fridays, and every other Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide teller assistance to customers and enhance the customer’s interactive banking experience via video technology across all First Southern Markets.
- Facilitate the ITM experience for customers by providing step-by-step guidance through the ITM process.
- Process various transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals via ITMs located at multiple locations.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulations, including the customer identification program, Reg CC and BSA.
- Project excellent customer relations while delivering a positive banking / customer service experience.
- Inform and educate customers on products and services offered by the Bank which would benefit the customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
