Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our project management team in planning, organizing, and executing projects. The Project Assistant will ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met by providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clear communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist managers with project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and document preparation.
- Participate actively and constructively in cross-functional teams as needed.
- Collect, analyze, and manage data to support decision-making.
- Experience training and development from various team members in all bank departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
