The thread rolling person – will be working with others learning how the machine operates to make sure product get made correctly and all duties are performed safely and in accordance with company policies.

They will execute cycle counts each month in the warehouse to ensure that the ERP system is accurate.

Making sure final product has been measured and checked with a coupler that it is thread able..

Ensure that all the area around machine is clean and organized around machine.

Will need to do a minimum 3 safety observation per month.

Will be overseeing the machine and machine is being maintained like checking the daily’s on machine adding oil if necessary.

Finally, this position would also be the first to respond and notify the Operations Manager should any safety concerns occur.

Essential functions

• Perform all aspects of setting up the machine along with running it and checking final product.
• Conduct daily maintenance shop housekeeping is in compliant of safety standards.
• Follow, lead, demonstrate and adhere to safety and quality principles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Experience with Forklift.
• Flexibility in schedule; ability to work overtime depending upon business needs.
• Ability to exhibit basic skills, read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, honest, and self-reliant personality, critical thinking, pragmatic & effective communication skills.

Physical demands

• Required to adhere to all physical requirements involving being able to lift and/or move up to seventy pounds and working at heights above eight feet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
