The Trust Department’s mission is to set up and manage trust funds for clients, as well as to advise clients on what investments to make while managing their assets. This internship will allow the individual to experience all aspects of the trust department. This position also provides the ability to have interactions with clients and independently work on special projects. The Trust Department comprises of Trust Officers, Trust Administration, and Trust Operations.

- The Trust Officer is responsible for growing and retaining Trust Client relationships, as well as onboarding and servicing these clients. This position works closely with Trust Administration and Trust Operations Departments, as well as other business development positions throughout the organization.
- Trust Administration is responsible for the onboarding and servicing of Trust clients. This includes preparing opening paperwork for new clients, opening/setup of new accounts on Trust software, providing ongoing customer service, supporting Estate administration, reviewing accounts, closing accounts, managing the Trust Portal site, DocuSign, and other computer programs to maintain on-line accounts, etc.
- Trust Operations supports the Trust Department by providing the accurate and timely processing of Trust client transactions and related data and recordkeeping services concerning their Trust accounts. This position will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing transfers, sending client communications, and backing up other positions when others are out of the office. To be successful in this position you need to be very organized, detail oriented, accurate, have a good memory and be excellent at multi-tasking.

- This is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
