What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banking Real Estate Processor position at First State Bank of Athens, Texas?
The best qualified applicant would have a Associate degree (A. A.) in business or finance or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; one-year real estate processing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some of the required responsibilities and experience would include:
- Process Early Disclosures and Commitment Letters
- Order and Review appraisals
- Order Flood Determination and GEO coding
- Review all closing items (i.e. title commitment, insurance, etc.)
- Prepare loan documents and upload in banking software.
Applicants would be working closely with all customers and lending personnel.
Applicants should be aware that this is a fast-paced working environment, where attention to detail is a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
