Job Description:
Teller/CSR
· Key aspects of the job:

· Daily tasks: not limited to or all-inclusive and subject to change:
o Answering phone calls- answering questions, verifying identity, forwarding calls, or doing some research for an appropriate response
o Running deposits and withdrawals or other teller system transactions
o Filling out paperwork: wire transfers, dormant to active, ACH documents, closing account documents, address changes, information changes, customer due diligence form, OFAC’s, stop payments, hold forms, debit card forms, credit card forms, debit card fraud forms, etc.
o Correctly filling out transaction slips such as: gender ledger debit/credit, CD/IRA credit/debit, loan debit/credit, savings debit/credit, Christmas club debit/credit, DDA/checking debit/credit, cash in/outs, etc.
o Keeping a clean and presentable teller window and helping with the cleaning of the facility.
o Rolling coin: pennies, dimes, nickels, and quarters.
o Bundling Bills: ones, fives, tens, twenties, and hundreds.
o Balancing and maintaining the ATM: involves paperwork, canister changes, system usage, and occasionally calling for repair help.
o Balancing other facility systems.
§ For example: coin machines, ATM, the vault as well as personal drawers
o Running daily work through proof in a timely manner and balancing said proof.
o Ordering checks, debit cards, or other account related items such as stamps or check covers.
o Open, maintaining, changing, and closing accounts
§ Accounts such as: business accounts or personal accounts
· These can include but are not limited to: DDA, savings, CD/IRA, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
