What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banking Customer Care Representative position at First State Bank of St. Charles?
First State Bank is seeking a Banking Customer Care Representative at our Fifth Street location. If you have experience answering inbound calls and providing assistance with bank products based on knowledge of policies, procedures, and formal training, this may be a good fit for you!
40 hours per week. Required to work a minimum of (1) Saturday a month.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Care Representative will perform all duties required of this position by following policies and procedures set forth by First State Bank, including, but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and/or online chat sessions and directs them to the appropriate department.
- Answer incoming calls and/or online chat sessions and provides customer support on various bank products including online banking (both consumer and commercial), debit cards, cash management services and our various deposit product line.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Assist on projects for various departments as needed.
- Back up Product Support when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One to two years related experience and/or training required
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university preferred.
- Two to four years related experience and/or training preferred.
