Retail Operations Administrator
Job Description:
This job is responsible for assisting Retail Officers with day-to-day functions including clerical tasks,
project needs and ensuring they have the resources they need to maintain daily duties. Responsibilities
may also include interacting with clients, internal staff and third-party vendors via phone and/or face to
face. Tasks will require working in a challenging environment, ensuring accuracy, using logic, multitasking,
toggling between systems, and communicating resolutions while delivering excellent customer
service.
General office duties include answering phone calls, scheduling/attending meetings and taking notes,
keeping appropriate inventory levels and faxing / scanning documents for Retail Officers as needed. Any
duty requested by your supervisor.
Responsibilities:

? Scheduling / Attending meetings and taking notes
? Data Entry / Pulling Reports as needed
? Maintaining appropriate levels of inventory for Account Services
? Faxing/Scanning documents as needed
? Any duties requested by your supervisor

? Commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed upon
work schedule
? Dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that tasks must be handled immediately
and successfully
