First State Bank is looking for a Deposit Systems Administration Support Technician to assist with various aspects of maintaining our Deposit Systems Core Processor. To be considered for this position, you MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE.
The candidate provides team support for various Jack Henry system applications. Serving with direction from the Deposit Systems Administrator, this position records challenges faced by end-users and looks for efficient and effective resolutions.
Serves as the primary contact for end users relating to Operations system questions via the help desk ticket system.
Manages and records issues related to Jack Henry Operation applications such as:
- 4/Sight
- Synergy/eSign (product suite)
- Xperience
- Teller/Teller Capture System
- OnBoard
- Banno
- Italk
- Call Center
- Workflow
- Silverlake Core
- Synapsys CRM for Call Center
- Laserpro
Responsible for opening and managing cases with Jack Henry relating to Core System Applications – escalating urgent issues with assistance from the Deposit Systems Administrator.
Provides updates to end users when cases have been resolved.
Communicates with Project Coordinator and/or Director of IT if necessary to facilitate the most efficient use of Jack Henry Applications.
Works with FSB Development Coordinator to create, maintain and update curriculum to train end users.
Communicates and Coordinates Jack Henry Deposit Product releases to appropriate team members.
Sporadically reviews new account opening documents to ensure Onboard is functioning properly, and end users are utilizing the software and compliance regulations are followed.
Maintains accuracy of all Deposit Operations fillable forms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with Finastra Product Issues
- Contributes to discussions of product rollouts and upgrades to ensure all end-user voices are heard
- Works with Deposit Product Administrator on various bank projects as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (or GED)
- Six months minimum banking experience - one year or more experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to grasp and retain new concepts quickly
