The Vice President – Information Technology aligns the operations of the Information Technology (IT) department with the overall objectives of the organization. The VP-IT will plan, coordinate, direct and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily activities of the IT department. The VP-IT will administer the Bank’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Intranet networks, telephone and Voice over IP (“VoIP”) systems, and all related software programs. This individual deploys information technology architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. The IT department will ensure the physical security of employees and property.
