What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP - Treasury Management Operations position at First State Bank?
Oversee the daily operations, strategy and execution of treasury management services and systems within the bank. Ensures efficient processing of products, enhances operational effectiveness, and maintains expert knowledge of all the Bank’s treasury management products, services, pricing and fees. Serves as a resource in developing the deposit and treasury management knowledge base of Retail, Commercial and Agricultural bankers.
Maintains treasury systems, ensuring seamless integration, security and compliance with banking regulations. Leads and manages all treasury management operations including online banking, remote deposit capture, ACH, wire transfers, fraud prevention and account analysis. Knowledgeable in features, benefits, capabilities, pricing, customer set up, user operations, and security.
Collaborates with deposit operations, loan operations and sales to support client onboarding, pricing, strategies and product customization. Leads tactical project management of various initiatives (as assigned by COO) which will often have varying levels of complexity and time criticality.
Monitors bank and industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant.
