OVERVIEW:
- First State Brewing Company is an award winning Brewery, Taproom Kitchen
- We’re seeking passionate humans to join our Kitchen team.
- Support Kitchen team with washing wares and maintaining cleanliness in the Kitchen.
- Currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash, dry and store all wares including pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Kitchen equipment and work areas
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Strictly adhere to all applicable standard operating procedures
- Strictly adhere to responsible food safety practices and applicable laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) year kitchen experience preferred
- Good attitude and a strong work ethic
- Strong desire to increase culinary knowledge and experience
- Strives for constant and never-ending improvement
- Maintain ServSafe Food Handlercertification or obtain within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to periodically lift 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Be a good human
