IT Administrative Coordinator

First State Community Bank is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail for an IT Administrative Coordinator position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, manage office supplies, handle billing, provide administrative support, perform data entry, and support business continuity efforts.

Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate record-keeping.

Handle billing processes, including preparing invoices, and managing accounts receivable.

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Accountability
- Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
- Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the bank’s operations can continue during and after a disaster.
- Working in close partnership with the IT team.
Initiative

Coordinate disaster recovery efforts, including data backup and restoration processes.

Regularly update and maintain the business continuity and disaster recovery plan to reflect current operations and potential risks.
Adaptability

Organize and coordinate tabletop exercises to test the effectiveness of the business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Provide training to staff on business continuity and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring all employees are prepared for potential disruptions.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to business continuity and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in administrative support, inventory management, billing, or a related field. Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail and accuracy.
