Item Processing Representative
Make a Positive Impact
First State Community Bank is looking for a well-organized candidate with sound judgement and decision making abilities to fill the role of Item Processing Representative. The Item Processing Representative position will be responsible for independently performing a variety of duties including, but not limited to, processing NSF/Unposted items, Chargebacks, Court Ordered Documents, ATM/Debit Card Dispute processing, and working Stop Payment report.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values
Professionalism
- Communicate effectively with FSCB staff in a support role to ensure that our customers have a positive FSCB experience.
Accountability
- Must be responsible for daily processing functions
- Provide support to the branches in a timely manner
Initiative
- Crosstrain on all job functions within the department to be able to provide support to our branches and other team members.
Adaptability
- Provide back-up for a variety of team functions within department
