Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all students in your care
Skills:
- Experience working with children, such as nannying, babysitting, or caregiving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students
- Knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices
Note: A teaching certification or degree in education is preferred but not required. However, relevant experience working with students is essential for this role.
