Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe environment.

- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and personal hygiene.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
- Stay informed about child development best practices and first aid procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or as a babysitter is preferred.
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques, behavior management strategies, and early childhood education principles.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and their families.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to fostering their growth.
