Job Summary
Are you an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with at least two years of experience and strong QuickBooks skills to join our team! This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, offering the chance to work in a mission-driven organization dedicated to early childhood education.
What We’re Looking For:
-Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
-Must have a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
-Must be proficient in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)
-Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll, audit and financial reporting
-Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-Education in Accounting
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Experience with payroll processing
- Familiarity with technical accounting skills such as double entry bookkeeping
- Understanding of corporate accounting procedures
- Ability to work with general ledger accounting and journal entries
- Strong grasp of financial concepts and financial report writing

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
