Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team
- Provide administrative support including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Utilize Outlook Calendar for organizing meetings and events
- Maintain office efficiency by handling various tasks to support daily operations
- Demonstrate computer literacy to assist with tasks such as data entry and file management
- Manage phone systems and handle inquiries professionally
- Proficient in Google Suite applications for document creation and collaboration
Skills
- Strong project coordination skills
- Excellent administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Computer literacy with the ability to handle various software programs
- Knowledge of phone systems for effective communication

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
