Service Coordinator
Location: Washington, Indiana
Full-time position available, coordinating infant and toddler early intervention services. If any of the following apply to you then this opportunity could be for YOU!

Bachelor's Degree required and previous case management or home visitation experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation required for travel to client homes. Professional work ethic and strong computer skills are a necessity. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish/English or Haitian Creole/English preferred.
