Essential Functions:
Sales and Marketing Purpose:
- Develop a deep understanding of our treatment programs, services, and core values
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our organization’s reach, through lead generation and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with primary providers and other key stakeholders in our community to increase the referrals we receive for substance abuse treatment (Case Managers, Social Workers, Therapists, Psychiatrists, Physicians, Treatment Providers, etc.)
- Establish professional credibility to become a trusted resource for clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up to date on industry trends
- Build and maintain collaborative interdepartmental relationships to identify potential partnerships and referral resources
- Meet regularly with management team to discuss strategic planning from inception to implementation
- Continuously evaluate strategies to ensure effectiveness in all aspects of this position
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities in our CRM
- Remain motivated to achieve measurable outcomes
- Meet established monthly and quarterly goals

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clear driving record, proof of insurance
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in consultative sales in business, healthcare, or related field
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Must be able to work remotely and be available for meetings and events during standard business hours
- Must be available for phone calls outside of standard business hours to assist families in crisis when needed
Experience:
- 2 years experience in the field of addiction and mental health or equivalent human services work experience preferred.
Certificates & Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License
Other Requirements:
- Medical Clearance to work within past year
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift/carry 20lbs
- Moderate frequency of computer keyboarding
- Moderate frequency of viewing a computer monitor
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed both onsite in corporate office, and in mobile situations with 24 hour availability. Thenoise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.
Work Schedule:
As an exempt salaried employee, the employee shall work a designated number of hours per week as required.
Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
